Who is Frogmama? Good question. Frogmama came to be from an acronymn for F.R.O.G that I came across years ago. It stands for Fully Rely On God. As I grow as a person, a mom, and as a Christian, I continue to realize that I can not do all I must do in my own strength and therefore must Fully Rely On God in all I do in order to succeed. I am a stay at home mom to 3 young children ages 4, 2 and 4 months. As I type this I have my youngest asleep in my sling, an Over The Shoulder Baby Holder.
I bought my first sling whan I had my oldest child.  A dear friend had suggested one and so I looked into prices and ended up getting a cheaper one at a local store. It didn't work at all for me. I couldn't adjust it tight enough and my baby seemed to flop around, this also made my back sore. I was about to give up on the whole sling thing when my friend again said I really should try the kind she had the Over The Shoulder Baby Holder.(OTSBH) This one was more expensive, but at her urging I purchased one.  It was great!! I could tighten my baby snugly against me and felt much safer carrying him around. I have tried many other brands of baby carriers since then and always seem to go back to these, they are so easy to use and the padding makes them so comfortable for baby and me. When I had my second baby she had reflux and colic, my sling again was great, I was able to keep baby upright snuggled up against me, without it my arms would have gone out!I am sure you will agree, these are great slings and worth every penny!!

My Love of the wraps is more rescent. My baby was sick and needed to be held most of the day and night. The sling was great for various intervals. But when I knew she was going to be in a carrier for a few hours in the same position like when she was sleeping the sling would start to make me sore. I borrowed an Ellaroo wrap from a friend and instantly fell in love. It was a little harder to figure out and I still have a lot of learning to do, but it is great for times when you are going to wear your baby for a long period of time and need the weight more evenly distributed.  You can also wear it in a sling carry which I haven’t tried yet- but look forward to.
