Selecting and buying the right baby carrier for you can be difficult, confusing; and pricey; especially if you're buying for the first time. Until you try something on, you have no idea how it is going to work out for you and your baby. You ask yourself: "Will it fit? Will it be the right style? Will it be comfortable? Will it be easy to use?"
After you make your decision and begin using your carrier, you could decide that it's not the carrier for you, by which time it has already gone down in worth. You then go through the process of selling it as second-hand, and start the same trial and error process all over again. If you have to go through this with three or four times before you find the one, then it becomes a very costly and frustrating exercise!
So What's the Solution?

Frogmama's "Rent-A-Carrier" aims to take the hassle, headache and cost out of choosing the perfect carrier for you and your child.
Here's how it works ...
(1) Chose a carrier from our list of currently available products (below).
(2) Pay the rental charge and the deposit (as listed in each product listing).
(3) Receive the carrier, and try it out as much as you like during your rental period.
(4) At the end of your rental period, return the carrier to us for either a full refund of your deposit, or use your deposit to purchase one of our brand new carriers in the same or a different style If you decide to purchase after renting the carrier you will receive a 10% discount off the price of the new carrier..
(5) ALL RENTALS MUST GO TO SMOKE FREE HOMES. If the carrier is returned and smells of smoke your deposit will not be refunded.

By placing an order, you show your agreement to our terms & conditions of rental. These appear below. Please ensure you read these terms & conditions fully before ordering.

(1) The carriers provided for rental are gently-used. All carriers will be clean, and in good serviceable working order. We aim to put the original instructions with all our carriers - in the unlikely event that this is not possible; we can provide full details on use via telephone or email if required.
(2) Please contact us if you would like to reserve a carrier for when it returns Please feel free to enjoy trying the carrier as much as you like during your rental period.
(3) Please DO NOT wash the carrier prior to return. Charges for any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will be deducted from your deposit before it is returned.
(4) The carrier is to be returned by 8pm on the 7th day for 1 week rentals or 8pm on the 14th day for 2 week rentals.
(5) Your deposit will be refunded in full as soon as we receive and have checked the carrier or you can chose to use it as "store credit" to purchase a new carrier. If you decide to purchase after renting the carrier you will receive a 10% discount off the price of the new carrier..
(6) We reserve the right to change and amend the items listed for rental, including adding new slings and taking existing slings off the rental menu.
(7) If paying deposit by check. Your checkWILL be cashed up front and then the funds refunded to you if you choose at the end of the rental period
(8) If you have any further questions prior to, during or after your rental period, please do not hesitate to telephone or email us. We are happy to help out with any information you need, or questions you have about using the carrier.
9) NON-RETURN OF SLINGS WILL BE TAKEN AS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER. Not only will your deposit be non-refundable, but we reserve the right to take any further action deemed necessary to recover our loss.
(10) Keep in mind all carriers are used at your own risk. Please use common sense, practice inside over padded surfaces and in front of a mirror. Have someone help you when learning back carries.
(11)ALL RENTALS MUST GO TO SMOKE FREE HOMES. If the carrier is returned and smells of smoke your deposit will not be refunded.
**For Rentals by mail**
The Rental term begins the day you recieve the carrier and to return it must be postmarked by day 7 (1 week rental) or day 14 (2 week rental). It must be mailed back with some form of delivery confirmation. You choose from any new carrier in stock to rent so If after renting the carrier you like it you can just keep the one you have choosen and save on the return shipping. All other rental terms stated above apply. Shipping by priority mail is a flat fee of $7 and then you are responsible to pay the return shipping if needed. Please email me with any questions. Thanks!
