General Shipping Policies and Times TOP
We offer a few different shipping options.

 On orders over $100 there is Free shipping (in the US)
On orders under $100 shipping in the US is $11.
We also offer an expedited shipping option on all orders for $15.** I am out of town from 02/02/12 through 02/05/12 Expedited shipping will not be available during this time**
 The difference between the regular and expedited shipping is the handling time. Expedited orders will go out the same day or the next business day. Regular shipping can take up to 3 days handling time before it is mailed out. It may ship sooner it just depends on how busy we are and how cooperative my kids are:).
In general we ship by USPS priority mail. We are located in northern California, Generally it takes 3 days to reach the east coast.
However if you purchase more than one carrier at a time we tend to use FedEx home delivery which takes about 1 week.
The exceptions to this rule are Storchenweige and Dolcino Wraps and Sakura Bloom ring slings. They all ship by USPS ground which takes about 1 week. unless you select the expedited shipping option and we can ship via a faster method.

**If you have a soon upcoming deadline ie: a trip scheduled, and need the carrier asap please call or email me so I can be sure to get it out with a rush for you. I can also get you a price for USPS Express mail or FedEx overnight.

Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes we are happy to!  Be sure though to check the individual carrier page to make sure there are no shipping restrictions- especially the Beco carriers. We charge a discounted shipping rate. We ship by USPS Priority Mail International. For approximate ship times you can check the USPS.com website. If you purchase international shipping insurance with your order, we will ship by USPS Express mail international with insurance.

Which baby carrier is right for me? TOP
I have heard of someone else answering this question by asking "well which shoes are right for me?" There are lots of variables to take into account. Your size, your babies age, what you plan to use it for, quick trips or long hikes, what fabrics you like, will you want to breastfeed in it and more. I will be glad to help you try to find a good fit, but like a good shoe many times you just need to try it out and break it in to get it to work well for you. How does the return policy work if I am pregnant? TOP
Glad you asked:) And first of all congratulations on your new baby coming! For pregnant moms who want to have a carrier ready and waiting for babies arrival, we will wait to start the 30 day return policy until your due date so you can have a chance to try out the carrier and still return it if needed. To take advantage of this special offer, at checkout make a note in the message section that you are pregnant and due____- Then if you need to return the carrier we can go by that date to start the 30 day return policy. The other aspects of the policy in regards to the condition of the carrier still apply. Why should I buy a carrier from you and not just get a cheaper one at my local Big Box store? TOP

There are many reasons.The top three being, first you are getting a sturdy well made carrier, either made in the US by a work at home mom (WAHM) or made in a shop under fair working conditions. All the carriers we sell have been tested out by many moms who have rated them very well. 
Second again you are supporting a WAHM instead of a large multinational corporation, you are actually supporting multiple wahms with each purchase.  First you support me, then the carrier maker, many times the suppliers are small businesses as well, so your support is three fold.
Lastly if you buy a carrier at your local big store and can't figure it out or have questions about how to use it properly, good luck finding someone there who can help you, I am available by email 24/7 to help with carrier questions and to give advice on the right use, also if you are local I can meet with you individually to show you how to use your carrier.
